Actor Ananya Panday had a blast at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s sangeet ceremony, where pop star Justin Bieber delivered a power-packed performance with his popular tracks such as ‘Baby,’ ‘Boyfriend,’ ‘Sorry,’ ‘Where Are U Now,’ and ‘Peaches,’ among others.

Ananya has now shared a photo from the star-studded event featuring the Canadian singer.

In the photo, Ananya is seen standing in the crowd while Justin performs on stage. Sharing the picture, she humorously wrote, ‘Here’s my picture with Justin Bieber. I’m kinda distracted making Orry have the best night.’

She also posted a throwback photo with Justin and her sister Rysa, captioning it, ‘Throwback to when I thought I would be chosen as the one less lonely girl.’ She tagged Justin Bieber in the photo as well.

Several videos and photos from the sangeet surfaced online over the weekend, showing Orry jamming with Justin on stage. Orry also shared a video on Instagram where he sang Justin’s song ‘Baby’ alongside the singer. Captioning the post, Orry wrote, ‘For the 1st time… one less lonely boy.’

Reacting to Orry’s post, Ananya Panday humorously commented, ‘Why are you shouting at him???’ Varun Dhawan chimed in, saying, ‘I think you outdid him.’ Orry responded to Varun, saying, ‘@varundvn thoughts (cross mark emoji) facts (check mark button emoji)’.

Alaviaa Jaaferi added, ‘Same,’ and Shanaya Kapoor wrote, ‘Ily (loudly crying face and rolling on the floor laughing emojis).’

Except for a few intimate gigs, Bieber had not performed publicly much in nearly a year following the cancellation of his Justice World Tour due to health issues related to Ramsay Hunt syndrome, a rare neurological disorder that can cause facial paralysis. His performance at Anant and Radhika’s sangeet came as a pleasant surprise to Bieber fans eagerly awaiting his return to the stage.
