On the occasion of Ranbir Kapoor’s birthday, the makers of ‘Animal’ unveiled the teaser of his forthcoming film. While a section of netizens was impressed with Ranbir's swag, others felt the teaser could have been better.

A fan wrote that the movie promises to be an edge-of-your-seat experience. Another commented that Ranbir Kapoor once again will prove why he is the best actor in Bollywood.

A third user said that no other actor in the current generation has the screen presence and aura of Ranbir.

A fourth user tweeted, ‘What a raw teaser! Bobby Deol stunned me ! Ranbir - Mere Bhai, vo Rockstar wali aatma wapus a gai hai kya ? Animal is going to became a Rage !  #AnimalTeaser #Animal #RanbirKapoor #RashmikaMandanna #SandeepReddyVanga’.

A few netizens said that they had a lot of expectations from the teaser, but it was mild.

A user wrote, ‘I found #AnimalTeaser to be somewhat mid. Initially, the first scene of the trailer was intriguing, but as it progressed, it seemed to become just another typical criminal movie, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, the trailer didn't really excite me as much as I had hoped.’

'Animal', directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, centres on a strained father-son relationship against a backdrop of intense bloodshed.

Besides Ranbir Kapoor, the film also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol. It will be in theatres on December 1, 2023.
