Actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan’s luxury streetwear brand D’YAVOL X has been making headlines over the last few days. The clothing brand’s limited-edition collection was launched on Sunday and it was trolled by many for its sky-high prices. However, jackets that were autographed by Shah Rukh, priced at Rs 2 lakh, sold out in just a few minutes.
Taking to Instagram Story, the actor shared a post that read, ‘Thank you for the ride. We’re all sold out. Stay tuned for the next one’.
The official website of the company had crashed soon after the launch as demands for the jackets and T-shirts, which were priced between Rs 25,000-Rs 47,000, were high.
The brand’s commercial featured Shah Rukh and Aryan together on screen for the first time.
Aryan Khan is all set to make his directorial debut with a web show titled ‘Stardom’. The six-episode series, which will be set against the backdrop of the film industry, has also been written by Aryan. The show is expected to go on floors later this year. It will be bankrolled by Shah Rukh Khan’s production house Red Chillies Entertainment.
