Bad Newz starring Vicky Kaushal, Ammy Virk and Triptii Dimri is out in theatres and netizens have given out their verdicts. Advance booking for the film gave a positive head start to the film.

‘Bad Newz’ X reviews

Moviegoers called the film entertaining and a comedy riot with the lead actors delivering the right blend of humour and drama. “’Bad Newz’ is a delightful blend of humor, drama, and emotion. With ample laughs, witty one-liners, and an engrossing storyline, it promises non-stop entertainment,” wrote one X user.

However, the film could not impress some of its audience who said that the film couldn’t be saved despite the stellar cast. “Strictly below average 1st half seems promising mainly due to #VickyKaushal 2nd half is a train wreck If you wanna watch it, do it only for Vicky. He put his heart & soul for his character Otherwise wait for OTT,” wrote an X user criticising the film. While the reviews have been mixed, there has been collective praise for Vicky Kaushal, with many critical of the movie calling him the only saving grace.

Meanwhile, Katrina Kaif took to Instagram to praise the film. Praising her actor husband, Katrina wrote that he always amazes her with his ease and the joy he brings to the screen. “Bromance gets a new meaning with the Punjabi boys, effortless timing and chemistry,” she added.
