Producer Mahaveer Jain has announced a delightful film on the life of the comedy king, titled "Funkaar". The film is helmed by Fukre fame Mrighdeep Singh Lamba and is backed by Lyca Productions.
Director Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, who is currently working on Fukrey 3, said, "Looking forward to bring to the audience, the story of India's most beloved Funkaar Kapil Sharma."

The film will chronicle the Comedy king's journey from winning a comedy show to hosting an entire show by his own name.

On the work front, we will soon see Kapil on OTT platform Netflix entertaining his fans with his maiden comedy show 'I'm Not Done Yet'. The show is slated to drop on January 28.
