Kareena Kapoor Khan is gearing up for the release of ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’, co-starring Aamir Khan. The film, which releases on August 11, has been making headlines after a section of social media called for a boycott of the movie. Aamir Khan on Monday urged everyone to watch the movie on the big screen, but Kareena has a different take on this topic.

In an interview with India Today, the ‘Dev’ actor said that everyone has a voice today as there are different platforms and we need to learn to ignore certain things else it will be impossible to live our lives. Kareena said that she doesn’t take the online trolling seriously and posts whatever she wants to.

Reacting to the boycott ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ trend on Twitter, the actor said that if it’s a good film, it will surpass anything and the response will be good.

Kareena Kapoor Khan last featured in ‘Angrezi Medium’ (2020), co-starring late actor Irrfan Khan. Apart from ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’, she also has ‘Devotion of Suspect X’,directed by Sujoy Ghosh, in the pipeline.
