Soon-to-be parents Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are busy promoting their forthcoming movie ‘Brahmastra’. Recently, the couple visited IIT Bombay, where the ‘Highway’ actor showcased her singing skills and impressed the audience. She sang a verse from the song 'Kesariya' from her upcoming film. Not only did the crowd applaud her, but Ranbir, who was sitting right next to her, also cheered for her as he adorably looked at her.

'Kesariya' was the first song to be released. While some loved the song, others trolled it for the 'Love storiyaan' part. Reacting to the trolls, Alia Bhatt had said, 'Gaana number one pe hai, toh main kyun complain karun! (The song is number one on the charts, then why should I complain).'

One of the most anticipated films, ‘Brahmastra’ is all set to release on September 9. The film marks the first collaboration between the couple who met and fell in love while working on the project. After dating for years, they tied the knot in April 2022.
Ranbir Kapoor was last seen in ‘Shamshera’ which didn’t perform well on the big screen. On the other hand, Alia’s maiden production venture ‘Darlings', which was released on Netflix, was a success.
