Cannes 2022: Aishwarya Rai Bachchan creates magic in pastel-pink gown

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has nailed the Cannes red carpet look yet again. The actor looked splendid in a pastel-pink Gaurav Gupta couture as she graced the premiere of 'Armageddon Time,' starring Oscar Isaac, Anne Hathaway, Anthony Hopkins, Robert De Niro, Cate Blanchett and Jeremy Strong. She accessorised her look with diamond jewelry from Kate Moss Collection Messika Paris.

Her first appearance at the red carpet this year left everyone mesmerized as she was seen dressed in a voluminous black Dolce and Gabbana gown, featuring floral 3D motifs.

The 'Pink Panther' actor has been the face of L'Oreal Paris, the official beauty partner of the prestigious festival, since 2005.

On May 18th, Aishwarya was accompanied by her husband Abhishek Bachchan and daughter Aaradhya at Cannes after-party. She was seen dressed in a shimmery pink ensemble, while Abhishek looked dapper in a black tuxedo. Her daughter wore a red dress at the event.

A video that's going viral on the internet shows the Bachchan family being greeted warmly by Hollywood actress Eva Longoria, who is representing the French make up brand as well. The mother-daughter duo were seen interacting with Eva's six year old son Santiago via a video call.

Aishwarya, a regular at the Cannes Film Festival since 2000, has been making fashion statements each year with her signature looks.

The film festival that commenced on May 17 is scheduled to go on till May 28.
