Dasvi teaser: Abhishek Bachchan to appear for Class 10 exams

A new promo of Abhishek Bachchan starrer 'Dasvi' is out, and we are loving his rugged look in the clip. Bachchan took to his Instagram handle to give us a sneak peek of his upcoming film. He captioned the post as, "From one student to another, Dasvi ke exams ke liye dher saari best wishes! #Dasvi streaming from 7th April on @officialjiocinema & @netflix_in."

In the teaser, Abhishek Bachchan appears to be a convict locked in jail who wants to exercise his right to education. He essays the role of Ganga Ram Chaudhary. The video shows Abhishek Bachchan's character in a prison announcing to his inmates that he is all set to appear for class 10 exams. The video ends with Abhishek announcing that giving class 10 exams from jail is his right to education.

Amitabh Bachchan was all praises for his son as he took to the comments section to applaud Abhishek. He wrote, 'superb'. Many other fans also heaped praises on the intriguing teaser.

Helmed by the debutante Tushar Jalota, 'Dasvi' also stars Yami Gautam and Nimrat Kaur in pivotal roles. The film is produced by Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films in association with Bake My Cake Films.

While the social-comedy ‘Dasvi’s teaser will be released on 23rd March, the film is headed for a digital release on Netflix and Jio Cinema on April 7 this year.
