Deepika Padukone beats Shah Rukh to bag top spot in IMDb’s most-viewed Indian stars of last decade list

Deepika Padukone's acting debut opposite Shah Rukh Khan in the 2007 film 'Om Shanti Om' is what Bollywood dreams are made up of. 17 years later, Deepika has beaten Shah Rukh to clinch the top position on IMDb’s list of the Top 100 Most Viewed Indian Stars of the Last Decade. Based on weekly rankings, the IMDb list features actors and actresses from Bollywood and the South Indian film industries.

Deepika Padukone has topped IMDb's list of the top 100 most-viewed Indian stars of the last decade. Shah Rukh Khan, her co-star in 'Om Shanti Om', 'Chennai Express', 'Happy New Year', and 'Pathaan', is in second place.

The Top 100 Most Viewed Indian Stars of the Last Decade on IMDb includes a mix of legendary and contemporary actors from various Indian film industries, including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada. Apart from Deepika and Shah Rukh, the list also features stars like Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Alia Bhatt, Samantha, Nayanthara, Dhanush and Allu Arjun. It also honours the legacies of the late actors Irrfan Khan and Sushant Singh Rajput, who are often remembered by fans fondly.
