Deepika Padukone buys ₹ 18 crore flat, becomes mum-in-law's neighbour

The newest mom of B-Town Deepika Padukone is also the new owner of new property. According to a report, the diva has purchased a ₹ 17.7 crore flat near mum in law Anju Bhavnani's Mumbai home in Bandra.

The purchase was reportedly made under the name of the company that is co-owned by Deepika’s father Prakash Padukone. The 'Fighter’ actor has purchased the apartment on the 15th floor of The Sagar Resham Co-operative Housing Society.

The report also revealed that the built-up area rate works out to be ₹96,400 per sq ft! Anju Bhavnani's Mumbai home has been leased to her daughter Ritika and husband Jugjeet Singh Bhavnani.
