Deepika Padukone flaunts baby bump in black dress as she dolls up for 'Kalki 2898 AD' pre-release event

Deepika Padukone, who had been keeping it low-key until now, has finally joined the bandwagon as the actor recently treated fans with a gorgeous maternity look, dropping major fashion cues for all the mamas-to-be. She was dressed up for the 'Kalki 2898 AD' pre-release event.

Deepika Padukone on Wednesday had a sweet surprise planned for her fans. The actor took to her Instagram account to drop a few stunning monochrome pictures of herself in a black bodycon dress, radiating that unmatched pregnancy glow. 

The actor took to Instagram to reveal her look ahead of the 'Kalki 2898 AD' pre-release event in Mumbai. She captioned it, "Okay, enough. Now I am hungry." For the event, Deepika, who is currently in the 2nd trimester of her pregnancy, opted for a black, body-hugging outfit. She teamed her outfit with matching pencil heels and tried her hair in a low-rise ponytail. Acing her signature latte-toned make-up, the actor accessorised her look with gold studs, bracelets and rings.

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh had announced in February that they were expecting their first child together. The post read, "September 2024." Deepika and Ranveer got married in November 2018. 

About 'Kalki 2898 AD' 

Helmed by Nag Ashwin, the mythological sci-fi drama is produced by Vyjayanthi Movies and will be released on June 27, 2024, in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and English languages. The film also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Prabhas, Disha Patani and Kamal Haasan.
