Rapper Drake paid tribute to slain Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala on his radio show, 'Table for One.'

'295,' which secured 154th position on Billboard Global 200 Chart recently, was among the many songs played by Drake on the show.

Sidhu Moose Wala is also the first Punjabi artist to make it to the Billboard Global 200 Chart with the aforementioned song. 'G-Shit' was also one of the songs played by the Punjabi rapper.

Fans took to social media and praised the Canadian rapper for his kind gesture. One of the users wrote, "DRAKE PAYS TRIBUTE TO SIDHU MOOSEWALA BY SPINNING HIS MUSIC ON NEW RADIO SHOW !! @Drake Respect !!" While another tweeted, "Respect to Drake for playing sidhu moosewala".

Earlier, Drake shared a picture of Moose Wala with his mother and wrote, "RIP MOOSE @sidhu_moosewala." Drake and Moose Wala also followed each other on Instagram.

Sidhu Moose Wala was shot dead in Punjab's Mansa district on July 29.
