Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan, who recently got a clean chit from the Narcotics Control Bureau in the drugs-on-cruise case, filed an application in the special court to get back his passport, according to a PTI report. The application was reportedly filed on Thursday through his lawyers Amit Desai and Rahul Agarwal of Desai Desai Carrimjee and Mulla.
The court has asked the NCB to file a reply and posted the matter for hearing on July 13.
Aryan Khan was arrested in the drugs case in October last year and was granted bail after three weeks. As per his bail conditions, Aryan Khan had submitted his passport in court and was restricted from traveling outside Mumbai.
In a charge sheet filed by the NCB in May, Aryan was not named as an accused in the case due to a 'lack of sufficient evidence.'
