Filmfare 2023: Alia Bhatt, Rajkummar Rao take home the black lady for Best Actor; see other winners

The 68th Filmfare Awards took place on April 27 in Mumbai. The event was hosted by Salman Khan alongside Maniesh Paul. The award night was attended by several stars including Rekha, Alia Bhatt, Ayushmann Khurrana, Nora Fatehi, Janhvi Kapoor, and many others.

Alia Bhatt took home the Best Actress award for her spectacular performance in 'Gangubai Kathaiwadi'. The biographical crime drama was adjudged the Best Film and Sanjay Leela Bhansali, who helmed the film, bagged Best Director.

Rajkummar Rao won Best Actor in a leading role for his performance in 'Badhai Do'. His film also won Best Film Critics and his co-star Bhumi Pednekar shared the Best Actress Critics award with 'Bhool Bhulaiya 2' actress Tabu.
