Nargis Fakhri is celebrating her 43rd birthday. The model turned actress made her Bollywood debut with Imtiaz Ali’s ‘Rockstar’, co-starring Ranbir Kapoor. She was nominated for Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut for her performance in the film. Besides leaving the Indian audience mesmerized with her beauty, she has also made her presence felt in Hollywood with action comedy, ‘Spy’.

Nargis is an avid social media user and she makes sure that she keeps her followers engaged.

Azhar (2016)                   

This biographical sports drama follows the life of eminent cricketer Azharuddin Mohammad, whose reputation was jeopardized after accusations of match-fixing. Directed by Tony D'Souza, the film starred Emraan Hashmi in the titular role, Nargis as Sangeeta Bijlani, his second wife, and Prachi Desai as Naureen, his first wife. Lara Dutta featured as Meera Verma, lawyer who prosecutes Azhar.

Housefull 3 (2016)

This action comedy film, directed by Sajid-Farhad, starred Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan, Riteish Deshmukh, Jacqueline Fernandez, Nargis Fakhri, Lisa Haydon, Chunky Pandey, and Jackie Shroff. 

Teddy, Bunty and Sandy, played by Akshay, Abhishek and Riteish, wish to marry a wealthy businessman's daughters - Ganga, Jamuna and Saraswati, played by Jacqueline, Lisa and Nargis, respectively. However there are many hurdles and a father who has his own secret agenda. 

Main Tera Hero (2014)

The David Dhawan directorial starred Varun Dhawan, Nargis Fakhri and Ileana D’Cruz. 

In the action comedy, Seenu and Sunaina (played by Varun and Ileana) fall in love with each other after he saves her from a policeman who wishes to marry her. However, Ayesha (played by Nargis), whom Seenu saves from goons during a train journey, wishes to marry him.

Madras Café (2013)

Nargis starred opposite John Abraham in this Shoojit Sircar directorial. The film narrates the story of Vikram, an Indian intelligence agent, who visits war-torn Sri Lanka to break a resolute rebel group and meets a passionate journalist, played by Nargis. 

Rockstar (2011)

This romantic drama, directed Imtiaz Ali, narrates the story of a Delhi boy Janardhan, played by Ranbir Kapoor, who chases his dream to become a Rockstar. He falls in love with Heer, played by Nargis, the most popular girl in Delhi University. However, he is left heartbroken as she marries someone else. He then emerges as a popular Rockstar sensation who expresses his tragedy through his songs.
