Hrithik Roshan has joined the team of film ‘Pushtaini’ as a presenter. ‘Pushtaini’ marks the feature directorial debut of acting coach Vinod Rawat, who has also written and acted in the lead role in the film. Hrithik unveiled the trailer of the film on his social media with a heart-warming post narrating the film’s journey.

Due to the lack of funds, most of the characters were played by his own family. Hrithik said he undermined the project thinking it would be an experimental home video but was taken aback when he saw the film. Film’s director Vinod faced several challenges in the making and was down to his last Rs 15,000 but did not give up on the project. “I honestly didn’t know what to expect as I went in to watch but to my utmost surprise and delight the film made me laugh, it made me cry and I came away absolutely awestruck with what this man had achieved singlehandedly, without any help whatsoever. PUSHTAINI had a heart and it had won mine,” Hrithik wrote.
Hrithik lauded Vinod, saying that he had known him to be an excellent coach but surprised him as an actor, director and producer. He wrote, “How he overcame all his limitations and created this magic was unbelievable to me.”
