Irrfan Khan's son Babil Khan made his Bollywood debut with the Netflix movie ‘Qala’, directed by Anvita Dutt. A special screening of the film was held on Wednesday, where Babil met actor Tabu, Irrfan’s frequent collaborator and friend.

A video from the event is going viral on the internet in which Babil is seen running towards Tabu and giving her a tight hug. She, too, is unable to control her happiness upon meeting him and looked emotional as she embraced him.

Irrfan's fans got emotional after seeing the duo together.

Tabu worked with Irrfan Khan in films like 'The Namesake', 'Haider', and 'Life of Pi'.

Babil's mother Sutapa Sikdar also attended the film screening.

‘Qala’, which also stars Tripti Dimri and Swastika Mukherjee, is set in the 1930s and is about the tumultuous relationship between an aspiring singer and her domineering mother.
