Is Aamir Khan all set to star in the Hindi remake of Spanish film 'Campeones'?

In a press conference which was held for his birthday today, superstar Aamir Khan teased his fans that he might star in the Hindi remake of Spanish film 'Campeones'. According to reports, the 2018 film follows the life of an arrogant, drunken coach who trains a team of intellectually disabled people.

Aamir is reportedly in talks to star in the film, which will be directed by RS Prasanna.

When asked about an update on the remake during a press conference, the actor asked the reporters present that, while he has not announced his next film yet… how did they find out about it? He added that he will keep (the media) updated as things progress.

Aamir Khan will now be seen in 'Laal Singh Chaddha' with co-stars like Kareena Kapoor Khan, Mona Singh and Naga Chaitanya. This film will mark his return to the silver screen after 'Thugs of Hindostan', which released in 2018. 'Laal Singh Chaddha' is slated to release on April 14, 2022. This film is the Hindi adaptation of the Hollywood hit ‘Forrest Gump’ which starred Tom Hanks and Robin Wright.
