There have been many rumours and speculations about Janhvi Kapoor ever since she joined the film industry. Now, the actor has addressed a few and revealed the worst thing she read about herself. Janhvi said there have been rumours that she and her sister Khushi Kapoor have dated the same person at the same time or other.

In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, the actor said, ‘That I was dating Akshat Rajan, who is my childhood best friend, and then I broke up with him and now Khushi is dating him.’ She also added that her sister has not dated Akshat. ‘None of us ever dated him. He has just been our bestest friend since we were babies,’ Janhvi said.  

During the interview, Janhvi Kapoor was also asked that if her name wouldn’t have been Janhvi, what she would have liked to be called. To this, she replied, ‘Laila’ but she didn`t have any reason behind this. Janhvi was then asked that if she is Laila, then who is her Majnu, to which she replied saying, ‘No Majnu. My audience is the Majnu.’ She added that she is single.  

The latest rumour is that Janhvi is dating a friend of hers--Orhan Awatramani. Previously, she was rumoured to be dating actors – Kartik Aaryan and Ishaan Khatter.

On the work front, Janhvi Kapoor’s ‘Mili’, a survivor thriller that also stars Sunny Kaushal and Manoj Pahwa, is set to release in theatres on November 4. It is a remake of 2019 Malayalam film ‘Helen’.
