'Jubilee' Twitter review: Aparshakti Khurana, Aditi Rao Hydari starrer gets a thumbs up from netizens

'Jubilee', starring Aparshakti Khurana and Aditi Rao Hydari, is now streaming on Prime Video. Directed by Vikramaditya Motwane, the series is set during the 1947 Partition and it shows the birth of a nation and the growth of the Hindi film industry. Netizens have reviewed the show on Twitter and many seem to be impressed with the performance of the actors.

Calling it a worth a watch, a user wrote, 'Just now completed watching #Jubilee Every time I get surprised by the script selection of @aditiraohydari. Our @aditiraohydari as Sumitra Kumari was next level.  Friends do watch #Jubilee I am sure u won't be disappointed.'

Praising Aparshakti, a user commented, 'Watched the first episode of #Jubilee and it's right up my alley. Aparshakti Khurana's performance reminds me so much of the stuff that Javier Bardem used to do in his early days. Can't wait to watch the rest of the episodes.'

A few people have found the series boring. A user commented, ‘I don't know why directors make such web series which can't hold the audience for 30mins. I left after 30 mins. Boring. Scenes are too lengthy and without grasp.'

'Jubilee' is a 10-episode series, which is divided into two parts. The remaining five episodes will stream from April 14.
