Kamal Haasan-starrer ‘Vikram’ has entered the 200-crore club worldwide and the actor is ecstatic with the success of his recently released film. As a token of appreciation, Kamal Haasan gifted director Lokesh Kanagaraj a Lexus car on Tuesday (June 7).
A picture of the actor handing over the car keys to Lokesh went viral on the Internet soon after.
The filmmaker also took to Twitter to thank the superstar and posted a picture of them posing in front of the car. Earlier, Lokesh had shared a handwritten appreciation letter of the actor, captioned ‘Lifetime settlement letter.’

‘Words can’t express how emotional I am feeling reading this,’ he wrote.
Trade analyst Ramesh Bala also shared a picture of Kamal Haasan gifting the 13 assistant directors of the film an Apache RTR 160 motorbike.
‘Vikram,’ which was also stars Fahadh Faasil and Vijay Sethupathi in pivotal roles, was released in theatres on June 3.
