Filmmaker-actor Kangana Ranaut has been making headlines ever since she returned to Twitter. In her recent tweets, she called out the 'film mafia' in the industry and also called herself a 'person of integrity'.

The 'Queen' actor tweeted, 'This sad industry called my attitude my arrogance just because I did not want to do item numbers and dance at weddings. Because I did not want to visit any heroes room late at night just because they wanted me to.'

She added, 'They want me to bend down to their ways, but they don’t understand that I don’t want this fame bit. I have worked hard and have mortgaged everything to make the one film I wanted to make.'

Earlier, she shared a picture of her mother Asha Ranaut working in their field and talked about her simplicity.

On the work front, she has recently wrapped up the shooting of her political drama 'Emergency'. She also has 'Tejas' in the pipeline which is scheduled to release in theatres in May 2023. She will also be donning the producer’s hat for ‘Tiku Weds Sheru’, starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Avneet Kaur.
