Kangana Ranaut wishes her mother on birthday; says 'Growing up I was scared of you'

Actor-filmmaker Kangana Ranaut, who is gearing up for the release of her forthcoming film, ‘Emergency' has extended birthday wishes for her mother Asha. Taking to Instagram, she shared a happy picture with her mother and penned a heartfelt message for her.

'Growing up I was scared of you, when I become an adult you transformed into a friend…Now when I see you play with Prithavi and be naughty, giggly like a kid I think to myself this my favourite phase of you…Happy Birthday Mumma,' she wrote along with red heart emojis.

In the picture, the duo is seen lying down on the ground and embracing each other amid nature. Kangana wore a beige cardigan, while her mother wore a light brown saree. 

On the work front, besides 'Emergency', Kangana Ranaut also has 'Tejas' in the pipeline which is scheduled to release in theatres on May 2023. Kangana will also be donning the producer’s hat for ‘Tiku Weds Sheru’, starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Avneet Kaur.
