Diwali is just around the corner, and Bollywood has already kicked off the festivities in full swing! Fashion maestro Manish Malhotra hosted his much-anticipated Diwali bash in Mumbai on October 22, 2024, drawing an impressive crowd of A-listers.

The guest list was a star-studded affair, featuring the crème de la crème of Bollywood, including Alia Bhatt, Shahid Kapoor, Kajol, Kriti Sanon, Kiara Advani, Rekha, Karan Johar, Shilpa Shetty, and Varun Dhawan.

But it was the Gen-Z brigade — Ananya Panday, Suhana Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, Alizeh Agnihotri, and Rasha Thadani — who truly stole the show, basking in the limelight with their youthful charm and stunning outfits.

In a business move that’s making waves in the industry, Adar Poonawalla, CEO of Serum Institute of India, grabbed a 50% stake in Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions.

The new partners made their first public appearance together at the bash, along with Dharma’s CEO, Apoorva Mehta.

Karan, ever the style icon, dazzled in a fiery red sherwani with intricate embroidery, exuding his usual flamboyant charm.

Apoorva kept it sleek in an elegant black ensemble with subtle floral accents, while Adar brought luxe to the table in a textured black kurta with diamond-like details. Together, the trio served serious style goals and made quite the fashionable entrance.

Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt arrived at the party with her sister, Shaheen Bhatt, and didn’t let any Jigra box office buzz dampen her spirits. Alia radiated festive joy in a vibrant pink lehenga, heavily embroidered and paired with striking golden jhumkas.

Shaheen complemented her sister perfectly, opting for an elegant sea green salwar suit, making the duo a picture of grace and glam.

Despite the chatter surrounding Jigra's box office performance — with Divya Khossla Kumar claiming inflated numbers and empty theaters — Alia remained in high spirits, embracing the Diwali cheer without letting the drama dull her sparkle.

As always, the stars lit up the night at Manish Malhotra’s annual Diwali bash. Sobhita Dhulipala, Kriti Sanon, Shraddha Kapoor, and Shilpa Shetty brought their unique fashion flair, turning the event into a style extravaganza. But the big question remains: who stole the spotlight? Let us know your pick for the best-dressed diva of the night!
