Karan Johar strikes gold: Dharma Productions sells 50% stake to Adar Poonawalla

Adar Poonawalla has outpaced Reliance and Saregama in the competition to secure a significant stake in Karan Johar's Dharma Productions. According to the announcement from the Bollywood production house, Poonawalla's Serene Entertainment has acquired a 50% stake in Dharma for ₹1000 crore, while Karan Johar will maintain ownership of the remaining 50%.

Adar Poonawalla expressed his excitement about the partnership, stating, ‘I’m thrilled to collaborate with one of the most iconic production houses in our country, alongside my friend Karan Johar. Together, we aim to grow Dharma and reach even greater heights in the coming years.’
