Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt were the first guests on the seventh edition of ‘Koffee with Karan’. The ‘Simmba’ actor ruled the show with his mimicry of various actors, leaving everyone in splits. Ranveer imitated actors like Ajay Devgn, Varun Dhawan, Hrithik Roshan, and Aamir Khan on the show and the standout of the episode was his Kartik Aaryan mimicry. In an interview, the ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’ actor mentioned that he watched the video of Ranveer mimicking him and complimented him. He said Ranveer had to be ‘really watching’ his videos to do justice. However, Kartik clarified that contrary to Ranveer's impression of him, he doesn't merely "mime" saying "thank you," but actually says it.
Kartik was also questioned over his repeated mention in ‘Koffee with Karan’, to which he replied, 'I am fine with anything. I am happy as long as the conversations about me are positive.'
On the work front, Kartik Aaryan’s upcoming projects include Rohit Dhawan’s 'Shehzaada', which is expected to be release in theatres by the end of this year, and Hansal Mehta’s ‘Captain India’.
