Katrina Kaif, Vicky Kaushal, Alia Bhatt, Gauri Khan attended Karan Johar’s party for Apoorva Mehta

Filmmaker Karan Johar, who is known for throwing lavish parties, recently organised a grand birthday party for Apoorva Mehta, the CEO of Dharma Productions. KJo threw an extravagant star-studded party to celebrate Apoorva Mehta's 50th birthday. According to a news portal, Karan even sent out specially curated invites and fancy hampers to all the guests.

While Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal wowed photographers with some PDA, Alia Bhatt and Ananya Panday looked stunning.  On the other hand, Aryan Khan made his presence felt while Karan Johar shared some memorable moments with the firebrand actress Kajol.

There some notable absences like Deepika Padukone and Shah Rukh Khan (since they are filming 'Pathaan' in Spain), Kareena Kapoor (as she is on a vacation with sister Karisma Kapoor), Aishwarya and Abhishek Bachchan (as they too are on vacation as well). 

While the stars turned heads with their grand entries, we have got our hands over glamorous inside pictures from the event. Apoorva Mehta's birthday was celebrated in the presence of Kajol, Karan Johar, Neha Dhupia, Arjun Kapoor, and many others. Neha Dhupia took to her Instagram handle and shared a glimpse with Karan Johar. Arjun Kapoor too treated fans with the ‘inside party’ pictures.

According to ETimes, Karan had also invited DJ Khushi for the grand party, who arrived in Mumbai with his band Ibiza Monkey Business.
