The entire country is shocked by the sudden death of singer KK and his fans are in a state of grief. The singer's last social media post included photos of his performance at Kolkata's Nazrul Mancha, just minutes before his passing away. He had captioned the post as 'Pulsating gig tonight at Nazrul Mancha. Vivekananda College!! Love you all. #KKLive #KKTeam.'

Those who attended the concert immediately started sharing videos from the event. These posts included video clips of KK singing songs like 'Abhi abhi toh mile dil', 'Dil ibadat', 'Ankhon mein teri" and a few others.

Reports state that after his performance in the college fest, KK immediately returned to his hotel as he was feeling unwell. The organisers of the event rushed the popular singer to CMRI hospital in West Bengal’s capital city where the doctors declared him dead on arrival.

The 53-year-old singer is survived by his wife and two kids. KK has sung many smash hit tracks which include 'Yaad aayenge ye pal', 'Tadap tadap', 'Khuda jaane', 'Aankhon Mein Teri' and many others.
