Koffee With Karan 7’: Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Akshay Kumar graced the ‘Koffee’ couch on Thursday and unleashed a laugh riot with their quick wit and sense of humour. In the episode, the duo talked about their respective journeys in the film industry and also revealed some details of their personal lives. As soon as the episode wrapped up, fans took to social media to share their reviews and they demanded that Akshay and Samantha be cast together in a film.

Samantha opened up about her divorce with Naga Chaitanya, nepotism in Tollywood and how she was Ranveerified after shooting an ad with the actor. Whereas, Akshay mentioned why he stalks his wife Twinkle Khanna on Instagram all the time. He said he has to be careful because you never know what Twinkle is going to write. During the Rapid Fire, when Karan Johar asked Akshay, ‘If Chris Rock made a joke about Tina (Twinkle Khanna), what would you do? The actor replied that he would pay for his funeral. Because Twinkle would kill him.

One of the Twitter user said the episode was ‘terrific’ and Samantha was ‘exceptional’ and Akshay was ‘hilarious.’ Another wrote that Akshay and Samantha have great chemistry and superb energy and they should be cast in a film together.
