Actor Madhuri Dixit has reportedly bought an apartment in Mumbai worth ₹48 crore. It is believed to be located on the 53rd floor of a luxurious building complex in city’s upscale Lower Parel locality. According to Indian Express report, ‘Madhuri signed the sale conveyance deed in September with the seller Calleis Land Development Private Limited, and paid a stamp duty of ₹2.4 crore.’
Spreading over an area of 5,384 sq ft, the flat reportedly comes with seven car parking spaces, and has a spectacular view of the Arabian sea and the city.
One per cent concession on stamp duty is reportedly offered to a woman homebuyer in Maharashtra, and Madhuri was offered the same by the state revenue department.
Madhuri Dixit is married to Dr Sriram Nene. She had shifted base to the US post marriage, and she returned to India a few years ago with her family.
On the work front, Madhuri Dixit’s film ‘Maja Ma’ releases on Prime Videos on October 6. It marks her return to films after 2019 film ‘Kalank’. Madhuri last featured in the web series ‘The Fame Game’ (2022).
