Malaika Arora was released from the hospital one day after her car met with an accident. The actor is back home and is recovering.
Malaika had no severe injuries, according to a statement released by Apollo Hospital. CT Scan was also done that 'turned out fine' and the actor was kept at the hospital only for observation. Malaika’s sister Amrita also told ETimes that Malaika was getting better.
The accident took place on April 2 night when the actor was returning from Pune and some cars collided with each other near Khalapur Toll Plaza on the Mumbai-Pune highway. She had been hospitalised at Apollo hospital in Navi Mumbai.
Malaika Arora is best known for her superhit songs such as "Chaiyya Chaiyya" from the 1995 film 'Bombay' and "Munni Badnaam Hui" from the 2010 film 'Dabangg'. She has also been a judge of several reality shows, including 'India's Best Dancer,' 'India's Got Talent,' and 'Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa.'
