Directed by Sharan Sharma, the sports romance drama has emerged as the highest selling film of 2024, based on the advance tickets sold for the opening day. The film has left behind films like ‘Fighter’, ‘Article 370’ and ‘Shaitaan’.

‘Mr and Mrs Mahi’ will hit the theatres on May 31. This marks the second collaboration between Sharan Sharma and Janhvi Kapoor after ‘Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl’. The actor has also been roped in for an untitled film opposite Ram Charan and ‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’.
Meanwhile, Rajkumar Rao was last seen in ‘Srikanth’. The actor received lots of praises for his role in the film. Rao will next be seen in ‘Stree 2’ and ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video’.
