Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his estranged wife Aaliya Siddiqui have been in limelight for a long time now over their legal issues. Aaliya has also blamed the actor for throwing her out of his house at midnight with kids. Now, there are reports that Nawazuddin has filed a defamation case of Rs 100 crore against Aaliya and his brother Shamasuddin.

The case will reportedly be heard on March 30 and an injunction is likely to be passed by the court to restrict the two from defaming the actor.

The court order will also restrict them from publishing any defaming content against the actor. It also states that Aaliya and his brother will have to take the defamatory allegations against the actor back with a written apology.

Nawazuddin claimed that he used to give Rs 10 lakh to his former wife every month and had also given her Rs 2.5 crore to start a production house. The actor said that she used the money instead for her personal ‘pleasure and enjoyment.’

The 'Gangs of Wasseypur' actor has said that he has also lost a total sum of around Rs 100 crore during this time of fight with his wife.

The couple has filed many FIRs against each other during this month-long feud which started when Aaliya blamed the actor for not letting her stay at his Andheri bungalow.
