The trailer of ‘OMG 2’, starring Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, and Yami Gautam, has been released. The forthcoming film, directed by Amit Rai, has a captivating blend of humour, spirituality, and social commentary.
The trailer reveals the story of Kanti Saran Mudgal who decides to sue his son’s school. His son is expelled from school after his 'vulgar' video is circulated on the internet.
As his son is struggling to deal with the stigma, Kanta prays to God to solve his problems.
Akshay, who plays the role of a messenger of God, then emerges from the Ganges and helps him resolve the problem. Kanti is seen fighting for himself and his son.
'OMG 2' has received an A (Adult) certificate and CBFC gave a list of modifications to the makers to implement before the film’s release in theatres.
The list of changes includes the removal of visuals of frontal nudity, modification of visuals of what is described as ‘sculptures of unnatural sex’ and the mention of real places like Ujjain.
‘OMG 2’ will release in theatres on August 11.
