Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha offer prayers at Mumbai’s Siddhivinayak temple post his eye surgery

Actor Parineeti Chopra visited Mumbai’s Siddhivinayak temple with husband Raghav Chadha. The power couple sought blessings at the temple after Chadha’s eye surgery in London. The video of their visit is going viral on social media.

The couple embraced simplicity as they arrived to seek divine blessings. Dressed in ethnic outfits, Parineeti and Raghav greeted the mediapersons and fans.  While Raghav wore a white kurta pyjama, the ‘Chamkila’ actor a traditional beige coloured suit. The couple smiled and posed for the paparazzi after offering prayers. 

About Raghav Chadha’s eye surgery 

Raghav Chadha seemed to be recovering well as he sported sunglasses. Earlier on May 1, Raghav’s colleague and Delhi minister Saurabh Bharadwaj shared an update about him. He told news agency ANI that there were some complication in his eyes. “...I was told that it was quite critical that he might have lost his eyesight as well,” he said. Bharadwaj further informed that the politician had gone to London to receive treatment and wished him a speedy recovery.  

Parineeti knew 'she will marry Raghav'

Recently on a podcast, Parineeti Chopra spoke about how their dating led to marriage plans. She revealed, “We started talking to each other, and we realised not even in weeks, within days, we just used to talk about getting married.” The actor said that she knew he is the one as she met Raghav. “I swear, I met Raghav and in five minutes I knew I’m going to marry this man,” she added.  

About Raghav and Parineeti’s relationship 

The actor and politician tied the knot on September 24, 2023 in a dreamy Udaipur wedding. Their wedding witnessed the presence of several prominent celebrities as well as politicians.  

On the professional front t, Parineeti Chopra was last seen in Imtiaz Ali’s ‘Amar Singh Chamkila’. The actor played the role of Chamkila’s wife and shared screen with Diljit Dosanjh in the film. Her performance in the film was applauded by the audience and critics. She is yet to announce her next project.
