Miscreants belonging to a right-wing outfit created a ruckus outside a cinema hall in Mumbai where Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone starrer ‘Pathaan’ was being screened on Sunday.
The protesters couldn’t reach inside the theatre due to security, but they created a ruckus outside by damaging posters. They were carrying saffron flags and they allegedly chanted ‘Jai Shri Ram’. Nine people have been arrested in connection with this case.
'Pathaan' has been facing backlash over its song 'Besharam Rang' that features Deepika in an orange bikni. A section of people allege the song hurts the Hindu sentiments.
