The teaser of Shah Rukh Khan's highly-anticipated film 'Pathaan', co-starring Deepika Padukone and John Abraham, was unveiled on King Khan’s birthday on November 2. Many fans were impressed with the edge-of-seat action thriller scenes, while others were disappointed with the bad visual effects shown the later sequences.

Many compared Shah Rukh Khan’s forthcoming film with Prabhas’ 2018 film ‘Saaho’.

A Twitter user expressed his disappointment after viewing ‘Pathaan’ teaser and wrote that though he’s happy to see SRK back on the big screen, the teaser reminds him of ‘Saaho’ and he’s going to keep his expectations low for this film.

Another user called the teaser a copy-paste of ‘Saaho’ teaser and wrote, 'ab toh bollywood ka badshah bhi #Prabhas ko copy karta he. #Pathaan teaser is copy and paste of #SaahoTeaser ... even Boom word is copied from the teaser par #Prabhas ki barabari kar paana mushkil hi nahi namumkin he even for SRK #Saaho'

A Twitter user also accused SRK fans of trolling the 'Adipurush' teaser for its VFX and said, 'now karma hits back'.

'When #Adipurush teaser launched srkfans trolled adipurush VFX by saying #RaOne VFX looks better than adipurush. Today #PathaanTeaser rlsd after seen #Pathaan teaser VFX people are saying #Saaho VFX is better than pathaan vfx. karma hits back within few months,' read the tweet.

‘Pathaan’, directed by Siddharth Anand, will release in theatres on January 25 next year.

Shah Rukh Khan has several other films in the pipeline like ‘Jawan’ and ‘Dunki’.
