Priyanka Chopra is celebrating her 40th birthday today. She is not just one of the most acclaimed actors in Bollywood and Hollywood, but she's also a producer, singer, influencer, entrepreneur, and author. 

Priyanka Chopra won Miss India 2000 at the age of 17 and she was crowned Miss World later that year. 

She made her debut in the film industry with 'Thamizhan' (2002). This film also marked her debut as a singer. She sang the 'Ullathai Killathe' song along with Thalpathy Vijay. 

Priyanka made her Bollywood debut with 'The Hero: Love Story of a Spy,' co-starring Sunny Deol in 2003.

Priyanka Chopra's debut album 'In My City', released in 2012 and was a hit across the country. 
'Quantico' was Priyanka's Hollywood debut project in which she played the role of Alex Parish. The drama series garnered her global recognition. ‘Baywatch’ marked her mainstream debut in Hollywood after the success of her TV show. The diva played the sultry antagonist, Victoria Leeds, in the film. 

Priyanka is the author of her memoir ‘Unfinished’ and she owns several businesses in New York. Some of her ventures as an entrepreneur include- a haircare brand Anomaly, an Indian restaurant called Sona in Manhattan, and recently also launched a home decor and kitchenware line Sona Home. 

She has done over 65 films so far and is a recipient of several accolades including the National Film Award, Filmfare Awards, People’s Choice Award, and several other international awards. 

Priyanka tied the knot with American singer and actor Nick Jonas in 2018. The couple welcomed their first child, Malti Marie Chopra Jonas, in January 2022, via surrogacy.
