Priyanka Chopra is back in Mumbai! The global icon made a surprise visit to the city on August 23rd morning, a month after attending Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's grand wedding at the Jio World Convention Centre with her husband, Nick Jonas.

This time, Priyanka is reportedly in town for another wedding, according to information shared by the paparazzi.

Priyanka was seen leaving the international terminal, looking effortlessly chic in a floral co-ord set and a cap reading ‘Out of Office.’ The actor greeted the paparazzi with a smile and a wave before heading to her car.

Reacting to the video, a person said, ‘Is she finally going to shoot for Jee Le Zaraa?’ A comment read, ‘What, what is she doing there? That is a surprise.’ A fan wrote, ‘Oh pardesi girl is finally in Mumbai.’ ‘New project?! Malti ain't here means she is only here for a short time,’ said an Instagram user. Another person asked, ‘After years, Jee Le Zaraa to see the light of day? I'm manifesting it.’

Fans have been eagerly awaiting updates on ‘Jee Le Zaraa’, a film Farhan Akhtar announced in 2021. He later told Variety, ‘We’re facing scheduling issues, and the actors' strike has further complicated Priyanka’s availability. It’s starting to feel like the film has its own destiny and will happen when it’s meant to. We’ll see.’

Priyanka was set to star alongside Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif.

Before arriving in Mumbai, Priyanka Chopra was occupied with several projects. She recently finished filming ‘The Bluff’ in Australia, a highly anticipated movie produced in collaboration with Amazon MGM Studios and Anthony and Joe Russo’s AGBO, co-starring Karl Urban and Ismael Cruz Cordova. Earlier this year, Priyanka also wrapped up filming ‘Heads Of State’, directed by Ilya Naishuller, where she stars alongside Idris Elba and John Cena.
