Rakul Preet Singh jokes about rumours around her marriage: 'My wedding was last November..’

Actor Rakul Preet Singh and producer Jackky Bhagnani made their relationship official last year and soon rumours of their wedding started doing the rounds. The actor has now made fun of the speculations and asked how was her 'wedding' that was supposed to take place last November was.

During an interview with Dainik Bhaskar, Rakul was asked if she Googles her own name. She said, ‘That comes on Google Alert (I do not have to search for it separately). There are articles about me every week. By the way, I was supposed to get married in November last year. I just want to ask 'how was it?'. I do Google about food, and the number of calories my food has. I mostly read about food, calories and health.’

For the unversed, In October last year, reports of her tying the knot with Jackky in November 2022 had surfaced. However, she refuted them. Soon new rumours started, claiming that her brother Aman had confirmed that the duo will get married in 2023. Rakul had then tweeted questioning her brother about it. She had also added that she’s the last one to know details of her own life.

Rakul Preet Singh was last seen in ‘Thank God’, co-starring Sidharth Malhotra, She now has some interesting projects including ‘Indian 2’ along with Kamal Hassan and an untitled film that also features Bhumi Pednekar and Arjun Kapoor.
