Actor Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Ramayana’ is one of his most anticipated films. As fans eagerly await the Nitesh Tiwari directorial, actor Indira Krishna, who portrays Kaushalya in the film, shared her experience working with Ranbir and praised his humble attitude.

Speaking with Hindustan Times, Indira said, ‘I hold Ranbir in high regard. I have yet to encounter anyone like him in this industry. He has this magnetic presence. He exudes care, love, and kindness. If you’re seated in a corner, he’ll make his way over to you, greet you, and ask about your day. Who does that these days? He’s a wonderful person.’

‘He puts everyone on set at ease. He has zero attitude. He’s not fake. In fact, he runs away from negativity and negative people. He doesn’t present himself as ‘the star’,’ she added.

Leaked pics from the set

Previously, Lara Dutta and Arun Govil’s looks as Kaikeyi and Dashrath were leaked online. Krishna clarified that the leak did not come from anyone on set, explaining, ‘People climb fences from the outside, and someone takes photos from a very close range. It is difficult to manage people.’

For those unaware, Ranbir Kapoor will be portraying Ram in Nitesh Tiwari’s ‘Ramayana,’ while Sai Pallavi will be playing Sita. Recently, photos of the two actors in their respective Ram and Sita avatars leaked online. Reportedly, KGF star Yash has been cast as Ravana in the film. Arun Govil and Lara Dutta will play Dashrath and Kaikeyi, respectively. There are also reports that Sunny Deol has been roped in to play Hanuman, although this has not been officially confirmed yet.

The release date for ‘Ramayana’ has not been announced. However, trade analyst Sumit Kadel recently claimed that the makers are planning to release the Ranbir Kapoor starrer in 2027. This means fans will have to wait nearly three years to see Ranbir as Lord Ram on screen.
