He tweeted, "I don’t have any film ready toh maine apne bhai @ajaydevgn se request ki hai if he can come on Eid, Eidi dene ke liye. Chalo iss Eid hum sab celebrate karenge aur dekhenge #Runway34."

In the teaser, we are introduced to Ajay Devgn and Rakul Preet Singh in a cockpit as they are flying a plane in stormy weather. The video then cuts to Amitabh Bachchan where his character is seen reciting the law of gravity: “Jo cheez jitni tezi se upar jaati hai, utni hi tezi se neeche bhi aati hai.”

'Runway 34' is inspired from real events. The film is reportedly based on the 2015 Jet Airways Doha-Kochi flight that had a narrow escape after facing difficulties due to unclear visibility.

Besides Ajay Devgn, 'Runway 34' also stars Rakul Preet Singh and Amitabh Bachchan in pivotal roles. The film was earlier titled 'MayDay. 'Runway 34' is slated to be released in theatres on April 29.
