Sajid Khan 'Bigg Boss' row: Never said won't work in Bollywood again, says Mandana Karimi

Actor Mandana Karimi recently made headlines as she protested #MeToo accused Sajid Khan’s participation in Bigg Boss 16’. It was reported that the actor has decided to quit Bollywood as ‘there is no respect for women in the industry’. 

Now, Mandana in her Instagram stories has slammed media houses for bombarding her with calls to seek her opinion on filmmaker’s participation in the reality show. 

She also shared a link of a news portal article on Instagram, stating that she doesn’t wish to work in Bollywood after Sajid’s ‘Bigg Boss 16’ berth. Slamming the report, she said that those are not her words. She said that it’s pathetic that he’s allowed in that platform, but making him the reason for her not working in Bollywood shows the lack of responsibility the media holds. She further stated that she hasn’t worked in months, and has said no to auditions, events. She also urged them to keep her out of the number games. 

Mandana Karimi has also changed her Instagram DP and it now reads that she will be inactive on the platform for her well-being.
