Kajol’s ‘Salaam Venky’ is finally in theatres and she has received a sweet note from her husband, actor Ajay Devgn. He shared a note after watching the film and revealed that it ‘charged’ him ‘emotionally’. He sent best wishes to the cast and crew of the film and praised Vishal Jethwa’s performance, who plays the role of Kajol's son in the film.

Sharing a stunning picture of his wife, Ajay wrote, ‘To Kajol, the one who makes my zindagi badi (life big), you're superlative in the film.’ Ajay was referring to the dialogue from ‘Salaam Venky’, which was originally used in director Hrishikesh Mukherjee’s 1971 film ‘Anand’.

Soon after he shared the post, Kajol's sister Tanisha Mukerji dropped a series of heart emoticons in the comment section.

‘Salaam Venky’, directed by Revathy, is based on a true story of a boy who had Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. The movie also features Aamir Khan in a cameo role.
