The cast members of ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’ recently appeared on ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ to promote their film. During the show, superstar Salman Khan brought up the topic of TV actor Sidharth Shukla’s death, whom Shehnaaz Gill was reportedly dating. He criticized netizens for trending SidNaaz and said Shehnaaz has every right to move on after Sidharth’s death.

For the unversed, Sidharth Shukla and Shehnaaz Gill had grown close during their time together on the sets of ‘Bigg Boss’ 13. After the actor’s death, Shehnaaz was inconsolable and she disappeared from the public eye for almost two months before resuming work.

‘Kuch time pehle inko (Shehnaaz Gill) ‘Sidnaaz Sidnaaz’ karke bolte the. Ab vo duniya mai nahi raha aur vo jaha pe bhi hai, vo bhi yahi chahega ki inki zindagi mai koi aaye, you know shaadi hojaaye, bacche hojaaye, par social media pe yeh kuch log jo sidnaaz sidnaaz karke, kya zindagi bhar yeh kunwari rahegi kya? Aur yeh jitney bhi Sidnaaz karte hai inmein se kisi ek ko chunliya toh vo abhi kahega, ‘haan mai tumhara hun’. Toh kya bakwas baatien hai ye, kisi ki sunna nahi, sirf apne dil ki suno and move on in life (These people on social media are always trying to pin her down with Sidharth, when he himself would like to see her happy and move on in life, get married and have children. Will she stay single for the rest of her life? You should not listen to anyone but your heart and move on),’ said the actor.

Farhad Samji’s ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’, starring Salman Khan, Pooja Hegde, Shehnaaz Gill and Palak Tiwari among others, is all set to release in theatres on April 21. Besides this, Shehnaaz also has the untitled Rhea Kapoor production venture in her kitty.
