‘Satyaprem Ki Katha’: Kartik Aaryan, Kiara Advani receive standing ovation as they surprise audience

Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani, whose latest release ‘Satyaprem Ki Katha’ has opened to a positive response, visited a theatre in Bandra to surprise the audience watching the film. As they entered the theatre after the film ended, the audience was excited to see the on-screen pair in front of them and they gave the duo a heartwarming standing ovation.


Kiara and Kartik expressed their gratitude with folded hands. Sharing the video, Kiara wrote, ‘When the audience gives you a standing ovation, that’s when you realize magic has been created...A moment to cherish forever...All I want to say is Thank You from the entire team of #SatyapremKiKatha.’


Kartik also posted the same video and wrote, ‘This Standing Ovation isn’t just for Sattu and Katha but for the entire team that worked tirelessly towards this result...Gratitude.’


‘Satyaprem Ki Katha’, directed by Sameer Vidhwans, also stars Supriya Pathak and Gajraj Rao in pivotal roles. The film has earned over ₹ 25 crore at the domestic box office.


The romantic drama marks Kartik and Kiara’s second collaboration after the massive success of ‘Bhool Bhulaiyya 2’.


On the work front, Kiara Advani will be next seen in ‘Game Changer’ with Ram Charan, while Kartik Aaryan has ‘Captain India’ and Kabir Khan's next in the pipeline.
