The romantic number has been sung by Payal Dev and Vishal Mishra. The lyrics have been penned by A.M.Turaz.
The lead actors have shared the music video on their respective social media handles with the caption, 'Adhoora Tha Main... Ab Poora Hua Jabse Tu Mera Ho Gaya.'
The movie marks Kartik and Kiara's second collaboration after 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2'.
Directed by Sameer Vidhwans, 'Satyaprem Ki Katha' is scheduled to release in theatres on June 29.
The film also stars Supriya Pathak Kapur, Gajraj Rao, Rajpal Yadav and Shikha Talsania among others.
