Superstar Shah Rukh Khan is likely to unite with his daughter Suhana Khan on the big screen.
If reports are to be believed, he will have an extended cameo in a film next year with which Suhana will make her debut in theatres.
Suhana will first be seen in Netflix film 'The Archies' which will release later this year.
According to Pinkvilla, Shah Rukh will also co-produce the film that will star his daughter in the lead role.
‘It’s a subject that organically calls for this casting and all the details have been kept under wraps for now. Both Shah Rukh and Suhana are excited to collaborate in a professional capacity,’ the source said, adding that the exact dimension of SRK’s character in the film is not known yet, but insiders reveal that it’s an extended appearance for the SRK, much like what he did in Gauri Shinde’s ‘Dear Zindagi’.
The movie will be produced by Red Chillies Entertainment. ‘Shah Rukh Khan and Siddharth Anand are ready to extend their bond further by venturing into a co-production. The yet untitled film is touted to be the first of the many collaborations in the offing for SRK and Siddharth Anand in the capacity of producer,’ the source concluded.
Netizens are reacting to the news of Shah Rukh and Suhana's collaboration.
A user wrote that instead of an extended cameo a full-fledged role in a family drama would have been great.
Another user is excited for SRK's dad role era to commence.
