Sidhu Moosewala’s parents face online trolling for pregnancy, his fans come to defense

Assassinated Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala’s mother Charan Kaur is reportedly pregnant and will be giving birth to a child next month. While many of the singer’s fans took to social media to congratulate them, there was another section of the internet that trolled the couple.

Moosewala’s mother is 58 years old and opted for IVF technology to conceive. Ignorant of the complete facts, trolls got busy spewing hateful comments, some of them mocking the couple for their pregnancy at this age. Besides the age factor, some of the trolls targeted the late singer as they left disrespectful comments and memes.  
 
Late Punjabi singer’s fans came forward to stand with his family and responded to the trolls. His fans commented that the decision to have a child is a personal decision of the couple and asked to respect their privacy.  
 
The singer, who was brutally murdered in 2022, was the only child of his parents. His parents were left alone after his murder, which is why the couple opted for IVF to conceive a baby. According to reports, Charan Kaur has been under the observation of a medical team and has not come out of her house for the last 3-4 months.

The popular singer was chased and shot dead by six shooters in Mansa, Punjab. An SIT has been investigating the murder of Sidhu Moosewala. Sidhu Moosewala’s parents have been campaigning for justice for their son. The couple have been part of candle marches and protests demanding a CBI investigation into Moosewala’s murder.

The singer, who also contested ventured into politics, was known for his peppy hits like ‘So High’, ‘Same Beef’, ‘The Last Ride’, ‘295’ and ‘Dollar’. Many of his songs became huge hits after his death.
